OUR OBJECTIVES AND STANDARDS
We support the principle of “Manage by Objective” to determine set objectives and standards when measuring our performance. This is determined by mutual agreement and adherence of the performance standard, which thereafter will be the only acceptable norm, and will form the basis to determine training needs. In this regard a holistic approach is accomplished with the emphasis on the overall service. The client may adjust the standards at any given time to comply with their objectives, but however no flexibility or compromise will be allowed once the parameters are mutually determined.

PERSONNEL – (STANDARD) All personnel supplied will conform to the client’s specifications and will be approved before deployment. TRAINING – (STANDARD) All personnel will be accredited with the PSIRA and Soft Skills Training package conducted by qualified consultants. INTERNAL TRAINING – (STANDARD) All personnel will receive on the Job Training regarding client requirements. This will be done by means of written/verbal questionnaires within 24 hours of arriving on site. A required 85% success rate must be achieved or the test will be repeated within 48 hours. All results will be available on site for future reference. MANPOWER STRUCTURES– (STANDARD) Staff complement will be as per the client’s requirements. No change in manpower will be conducted without mutual consent. PARADES – (STANDARD) On duty staff will be relieved within 30 minutes of shift changes. SOBRIETY – (STANDARD) If a person found to be intoxicated they will be removed from site immediately. Relevant disciplinary procedures will then follow. VIGILANCE – (STANDARD) All personnel arriving on duty will be vigilant and alert. Time of reliefs will be schedules as per legislation. OPERATIONAL – (STANDARD) Operations will be assessed, reviewed/confirmed monthly mutual consent. PERFORMANCE – (STANDARD) All personnel will receive on the Job Training and revision monthly. Deviations will be rectified by means of a written and verbal examination. PATROLLING – (STANDARD) All patrols will be monitored by means of hourly radio calls and relevant pocket book and occurrence register entries made. These will be controlled and maintained by supervisory staff. OBSERVATION – (STANDARD) All personnel will be vigilant and report all irregularities immediately, and record in the occurrence register and applicable pocket books. ACCESS AND EGRESS CONTROL– (STANDARD) Personnel will adhere to and enforce the correct procedures. This will conform to the client’s requirements. SEARCH AND SEIZURE– (STANDARD) All personnel will adhere to the enforcing of prescribed company policy pertaining to the above, within legal guidelines. SUPERVISION – (STANDARD) All management/supervisor visits/perusals to be reflected in the OB: Daily – Monday to Sunday – Shift Supervisor Weekends – (24 Hours) Area-Manager once per shift. The visit by the client/area manager shall include a minimum of one personal visit per week or a phone call from site. MONTHLY INCIDENT REPORTS– (STANDARD) The monthly and weekly reports will reflect all relevant issues regarding the operation with suggestions and solutions.
